AbroadRunway is a study abroad consultancy operated by Mega Archon Private Limited, registered in India and based in Madhapur, Hyderabad. We provide guidance and support to students seeking overseas education, including university shortlisting, application assistance, visa guidance, scholarship support, and pre-departure services. Our services are offered through our website, in-person counseling sessions, and digital communication channels.
02 Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age. By using our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, we recommend that a parent or legal guardian be involved in all counseling sessions and decisions related to your study abroad journey.
03 Nature of Our Services
AbroadRunway provides educational guidance and consultancy services only. We assist students in understanding their options, preparing applications, and navigating the study abroad process. We do not guarantee admission to any university, approval of any visa, award of any scholarship, or any specific academic or career outcome. All final decisions rest solely with the respective universities, embassies, and government authorities.
04 Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during counseling sessions and application processes. Any misrepresentation of academic records, financial documents, or personal details may result in application rejection or visa refusal, for which AbroadRunway bears no responsibility. Students are also responsible for meeting all deadlines, paying university application fees, and fulfilling any requirements set by universities or immigration authorities.
05 Fees and Payment
AbroadRunway’s counseling services are provided free of charge to students. We earn revenue through commissions paid by partner universities and institutions upon successful student enrolment. Any additional services — such as English test preparation, education loan facilitation, or premium application support — may be subject to separate service fees, which will be communicated clearly before engagement. No payment will be collected without prior written or verbal agreement.
06 Refund Policy
As our core counseling services are provided at no cost to students, no refund applies to these services. For any paid additional services, refund terms will be specified in the individual service agreement provided at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@abroadrunway.com within the timeframe specified in the relevant service agreement.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on the AbroadRunway website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials — is the property of Mega Archon Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from AbroadRunway.
08 Third-Party Services and Partners
AbroadRunway works with master agents, universities, loan partners, coaching centers, and other service providers to deliver comprehensive study abroad support. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of these third parties. Any agreements you enter into with third-party service providers are independent of your relationship with AbroadRunway.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbroadRunway and Mega Archon Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to admission rejections, visa refusals, financial losses, or delays in the application process. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific service in question.
10 Confidentiality
AbroadRunway treats all student information shared during counseling sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or academic information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to process your application with partner universities and agents. 11 Website Use and Conduct
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, submit false or misleading information through any form, or use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. AbroadRunway reserves the right to restrict access to the website for any user who violates these terms.
12 Termination of Services
AbroadRunway reserves the right to discontinue services to any student who provides false information, behaves in a manner that is abusive or disrespectful toward our team, or violates any of these terms. Students may also discontinue their engagement with AbroadRunway at any time by notifying us in writing. Termination of services does not affect any obligations already incurred by either party.
13 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

AbroadRunway reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
